Bleecker Loft

Bleecker Loft is a modern apartment renovation in New York City designed to maximize natural light, open circulation, and functional living. A new staircase was built in a location that allowed the a seamless connection between the kitchen and living areas, creating a cohesive open-plan layout.

A feature wall beneath the staircase integrates storage, a media center, and a small office, all hidden behind panels matching the kitchen cabinetry. Interiors feature a restrained palette of white oak, white quartz, and painted brick, enhancing the sense of openness and continuity throughout the loft.
