This single-family residence, Crafted to accommodate an individual owner yet expand seamlessly to host visiting children and grandchildren, the design reflects a balance of efficiency and comfort for both solitude and family gatherings.

The architecture is characterized by two distinctive gable volumes, each serving a distinct purpose. Public and private areas are thoughtfully delineated yet remain fluidly connected through a transparent glass circulation space, fostering a sense of cohesion and accessibility throughout the home.

Designed with practicality in mind, guest bedrooms are strategically located on the lower level, offering privacy and convenience for visitors. The crowning feature of this home is the roof deck, nestled between the twin roofs, offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Shielded from the coastal winds.
